Our Story

Established in 2018, Prime & Vine is Eagle Oaks' members-only fine dining establishment inspired by the modern aesthetic of the 1920s. A premier steakhouse and wine bar featuring top dry-aged cuts of beef and a curated selection of global wines that rotate seasonally, Prime & Vine plays host to Eagle Oaks' private wine collection and boasts a menu suitable for all palettes. Available exclusively to members of Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club, Prime & Vine offers a premier and elevated setting closer to home. 

Unique Wine Collection

Prime & Vine boasts rotating wines from notable winemakers and rare vintages, curated specially for the Prime & Vine menu. The private wine room can accommodate up to twelve for dinner surrounded by Eagle Oaks' private collection of wines. A limited number of lockers are available for annual memberships to store your favorite wines.

Curated Menu

The Prime & Vine menu includes popular cuts of top USDA beef as well as our take on classic steakhouse sides. With options for all palettes, the menu also boasts lamb, pork and fish options as well as appetizers suitable for sharing including our iconic Eagle Oaks Seafood Tower, a show-stopper at every table.

An exclusive and elevated experience - Eagle Oaks is a proud home away from home for members. Boasting a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, sports and social activities, spa and fitness rooms, serene pool oasis,  a tennis complex, Savannah House (4 on-site accommodation suites) and four dining outlets, Eagle Oaks is a year-round exclusive members-only resort for families, couples, and individuals.
